ICPSR is requesting additional funds for two main goals: 1) to address unanticipated requests from MET data users requiring additional resources, and 2) to create a library of resources and training for the broad array of users expected to request MET study data. ICPSR will prioritize these efforts by i) identifying the most common types of user requests, ii) developing documentation with the goal of minimizing future user inquiries so that the data is as self-sustaining as possible; and iii) consulting with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and education experts for substantive feedback.
