University of Northern Iowa CSBR will conduct a statewide, address-based mixed-mode (paper and web) survey, stratified by seven behavioral health districts (BHDs), targeting approximately 400 completed surveys per district for a total of 2,800 completions. CSBR will provide the county lists and FIPS codes for each BHD and deliver cleaned data sets. SRO will develop the necessary data weights to support state-level and district-level estimates and will carry out imputation solely for weighting purposes. All sampling operations and statistical activities will be overseen by the SRO Director of Sampling Operations with support from an SRO Statistician.
