The Contractor shall (1) archive and manage public use data files and documentation for NEISS-AIP data, 2000-2019 and NEISS-NFISS, 1993-2019 and (2) prepare public use data files and documentation of new annual NEISS-AIP and NEISS-NFISS data provided by NCIPC and update them in the archive. The NEISS-AIP includes about 500,000 records, 79 variables, logical record length of 136 and the NEISS-NFISS includes about 5,000 records, 47 variables, logical record length of 560, each year.
SECTION 4 ? TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

The Vendor will:

a. Retain, archive and manage historical public use data files and documentation for NEISS-AIP, 2000-2019 and NEISS-NFISS, 1993-2019. (within 4 months of award)
b. Receive and process annual SAS data sets with NEISS-AIP and NEISS-NFISS data and prepare them for updating the NEISS archive. Prepare public use files in various formats (e.g., SAS, SPSS, STATA, ASCII). (within 4 months of award)
c. Receive and modify associated documentation (e.g., codebooks, background documents, and summary data tables) and prepare them for updating the NEISS archive. (within 4 months of award)
d. Update and manage the NEISS archive with the new annual public use data files and associated documentation (within 5 months of award)
