The scourge of customer satisfaction surveys
Global spending on market research has to more than $80 billion since 2016 and a fifth of that is spent on customer surveys. Companies are sending out more and more surveys, resulting in oversurveying. James Wagner said, “People receive so many survey requests that they’re more likely to refuse to participate in any survey.”
