Survey Research Operations (SRO) will carry out sampling activities related to the proposed survey project related to civil justice. SRO will provide development of the sample design, oversight of sample purchase, and selection of an ABS nationally representative sample with adequate representation of high, middle, and low socioeconomic status communities, white and people of color, and urban and rural.
