They have been asked to submit a full proposal by Templeton based on the results of their pilot study. Jon Miller will work with Robert Pennock to define and select a national sample of exemplary scientists for a national study, assist in the training and monitoring of interviewers in the study, supervise the editing of open-ended questions and the construction of analytic data files, and collaborate on the analysis and dissemination of the results of the national study.
