The staff at Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) at the University of Michigan will be involved in activities that will help the Spencer Foundation develop a proposal to fund a repository of data for research on civic education and civic engagement, which would be considered at the Foundation?s October, 2013 board meeting. Specifically, the contracted work will include activities necessary to estimate costs that would be associated with supporting researchers to share data, gathered through three separate studies, in the proposed repository.
