This project will establish a contractual relationship with the Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) to create and oversee an archive for the MTO interim RAD. The obligations of both parties are as follows:
HUD will provide ICPSR with the Tier I and Tier 2 RAD, along with all documentation,
using the standard data deposit procedures established by ICPSR. HUD staff will be available for a telephone orientation with ICPSR staff, and will remain available for consultation related to the content of the RAD and the context of the MTO Demonstration. ICPSR will add the MTO RAD to its Data Archive, and will provide this data to its member institutions as limited access data. Non-member institutions may access the data using the same protocols, but may also be charged a fee by ICPSR.
