ICPSR will make the LAPOP cross-national 2014 Grand Merge File available through ICPSR’s Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA) online analysis system and via direct download from the ICPSR Website.

ICPSR will complete a disclosure risk assessment of 28 datasets from LAPOP surveys conducted in 2014/2015. After an initial review that we have already completed, we will pay particular attention to geographical variables present in these datasets. Although the lowest level of geography included appears to vary, some variables may present geography at a level that could present risks. For example, the Mount Moriah constituency defined by the 2014 Bahamas dataset variable municipio is about the size of the University of Michigan North Campus.
