This project aims to develop new geospatial data and maps of electricity access at the highest spatial resolution to date by leveraging newly available high-resolution spatial data of the earth at night from the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) and novel maps identifying the location and structure of all human-built settlements.
