Gallup has recently uncovered some errors in some survey weights that they had developed and released. Due to these errors, they are interested in having PDHP review their recent weights (which have since been corrected), as well as do more general review of their weight-creation process and systems. The work will be done in 2 phases:

Phase 1: PDHP will review Gallup’s code specific to the corrected set of weights in question, try to identify the initial errors and confirm that an appropriate correction has been made. PDHP will provide Gallup with a written report of findings by end of November.

Phase 2: Gallup wishes to undergo a more thorough review of their general weight-creation processes and systems. PDHP will conduct this review, and again provide Gallup with a written report with findings and recommended improvements by (roughly) end of December.
