This is a project for ICPSR to provide expert advice and DDI XML markup for documentation describing Roper Center political poll data. ICPSR is the lead organization for the Data Documentation Initiative (DDI), an international effort to establish a standard for social science documentation. Roper is interested in incorporating DDI markup into their workflow. They have requested some time (approximately 60 hours) from Sanda Ionescu, Documentation Specialist, to evaluate and assess how they can best transition their production systems to incorporate the DDI standard.
