Building on best practices and new developments at the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) at the University of Michigan, we propose to build a data repository for the Mindset Scholars Network. Using the existing archival infrastructure of ICPSR, we will develop a new data repository to provide open access to the scientific data collected by scholars in the network. The data repository for MSN will provide access to data and tools for use by the field to advance the quality and relevance of evidence. ICPSR has the capacity to ensure open access so MSN data can be used for purposes such as replication, transparency, and novel secondary analysis beyond what is proposed or intended by the original study team.
