The purpose of this project is to continue to support the facilitating of sharing data from previous, current, and future grants and contracts relevant to the early care and education (ECE) field that are supported by the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). This archive may support the sharing of datasets in other ECE-relevant fields such as economic self-sufficiency, welfare, employment, co-parenting, marriage, family formation and stability, and fatherhood involvement. This project will provide the technical and substantive expertise required to maintain a secure data archive that serves as central repository for these datasets as well as advances innovations and improvements to archiving data for the purposes of reproducibility and secondary analysis.
