How Research Cuts Are Hurting the Science of a Meaningful Life

Researchers all over are seeing their funding end due to cuts at the National Institute of Health and the National Science Foundation (NSF). Toni Antonucci‘s grant was one of them.

The National Study of American Life, which studies the social determinants of health in preventing and treating Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in Black and white Americans, was cut less than 2 months after it’s renewal.

Dr. Antonucci discussed her experience with the The Greater Good Science Center magazine.
