Dr. Oyserman will support Youth Communication by training them in person over a two day period to run the School-Jobs intervention and then provide support in developing an intervention to improve reading which we will pilot in Harlem RBI and FEGs sites. The two programs differ in that one is a middle school and the other is a GED program so that consulting work will also occur to refine the intervention to fit these somewhat differing needs.

In addition to working with Youth Communication in person over a two day period, she will revise the manual to streamline focus so that the program can be run in a more condensed fashion
